Data we collect

Maeloc Partners collects only the personal data that users provide voluntarily by contacting us directly via email. The data typically consists of: name, email address, and any information the user chooses to include in the body of the message.

No automated forms are used on this Website to collect personal data, and no user accounts are created.

Purpose of processing

Personal data received by email is processed for the sole purpose of responding to the inquiry and evaluating a possible professional engagement. Retention

Personal data received by email is retained for a maximum of two (2) years from the last meaningful contact, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law or is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Data subject rights

Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, users have the right to request: access to their personal data; rectification of inaccurate data; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; and objection to processing. Users may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.

Complaints

Users who consider that their data protection rights have not been properly respected may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — "AEPD"), at www.aepd.es.

International transfers

Maeloc Partners does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area in the ordinary course of website-related communications. Where a transfer becomes necessary in connection with a specific mandate, appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR will be put in place.

Security

Maeloc Partners applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and disclosure.
