Coordinated sponsors, local counterparties, lenders and public-sector stakeholders through the regulatory, contractual and political-risk dimensions of a high-friction environment.

Defined the post-acquisition strategic plan for a top-10 global satellite operator following its €950m acquisition by an Ibex 35 group. Covered operating model, service architecture and product strategy, translating the integration rationale into concrete decisions across a capital-intensive, partially regulated infrastructure asset. Delivered directly into the leadership and integration teams through execution.
