Embedded strategic finance and PMO. Secured €100m of project debt and €200m of EU Recovery Funds. Coordinated execution across Chinese HQ, European teams, lenders and Spanish public authorities.

Utility-scale solar portfolio

Caribbean emerging market (100 MW)

Advised on the development and financing structure of a 100 MW utility-scale solar portfolio in a Caribbean emerging-market environment. Built payment-security and bankability mechanisms for long-term contracted revenues with offshore hard-currency cash flows. Coordinated sponsors, local counterparties, lenders and public-sector stakeholders through the regulatory, contractual and political-risk dimensions of a high-friction environment.

EMEA Operations

Global consumer health company

Supported the EMEA Operations Leadership Team of a global consumer health group on strategic priorities, governance routines and executive reporting across a complex regional matrix. Designed and launched the PMO for the firm's global sustainability programme across procurement, manufacturing and logistics. Built the EMEA analytics function from scratch – operating model, roadmap, KPIs and team – alongside workforce-planning and digital performance-management initiatives across manufacturing sites.

Profitability and business-case analysis on entry into green hydrogen and battery storage technologies for a top-tier European utility. Framed the economics of novel-technology investments within the utility's broader capital-allocation programme, translating technical uncertainty into comparable financial metrics for Board-level decision-making.

Non-ferrous metals platform (€200m plan)

Designed a €200m turnaround plan for a non-ferrous metals platform transitioning to green production. Combined operational restructuring, capital planning and strategic repositioning into a single execution programme spanning shop-floor, corporate and shareholder levels. Anchored the roadmap that returned the business to a viable capital structure and a defensible competitive position in a decarbonising market.

European energy efficiency M&A

Ibex 35 corporate

Buy-side origination and commercial due diligence for an Ibex 35 corporate pursuing European growth in energy efficiency. Screened and qualified a European target pipeline, built the commercial thesis and diligence view on shortlisted assets. Supported the shareholder-level decision on how to enter an emerging, fragmented service market.

District heating strategic plan

Regulated utility (Eastern Europe)

Defined the strategic plan for a district heating operator in a regulated Eastern European market. Covered market positioning, asset strategy and multi-year growth roadmap, anchored to the specifics of a regulated-utility context where decarbonisation policy, pricing frameworks and capital investment must be navigated in parallel. Shaped a coherent path for the operator's evolution through the cycle.

U.S. solar manufacturer

Designed and executed the public-affairs strategy before the Spanish government for a U.S. solar manufacturer entering the market. Mapped the institutional stakeholders, aligned messaging and secured the access points needed to anchor the entry under Spain's regulatory framework. Positioned the manufacturer credibly into a politicised energy-industrial context.

Advised the EMEA Strategic Growth Director of a top-3 global wind turbine manufacturer on opportunities in the Spanish market. Mapped Spain's evolving onshore and offshore demand, competitive positioning and institutional setting into a shortlist of actionable growth vectors. Delivered directly into senior leadership as input to a multi-market growth plan.

International arbitration recovery

European utility (Latin American operations)

Led technical and financial analysis supporting an international arbitration before the World Bank over a regulated Latin American power concession. Translated regulatory breaches and long-horizon tariff and cash-flow distortions into a defensible, quantified damages case under adversarial scrutiny. Contributed to a $1.6bn award in favor of the client – one of the largest arbitration recoveries of its kind in the region.

Satellite operator strategic plan

Top-10 global satellite operator (€950m acquisition)

Defined the post-acquisition strategic plan for a top-10 global satellite operator following its €950m acquisition by an Ibex 35 group. Covered operating model, service architecture and product strategy, translating the integration rationale into concrete decisions across a capital-intensive, partially regulated infrastructure asset. Delivered directly into the leadership and integration teams through execution.

Pioneer energy efficiency fund

Institutional investor (Spain)

Supported the structuring and launch of Spain's first dedicated energy efficiency investment fund. Built the risk-assessment methodology that translated heterogeneous technical energy-savings projects into bankable, comparable investment profiles. Helped open a new asset class in a segment of the Spanish investment market that did not previously exist in institutional form.

European card scheme operators (3-party merger)

Supported the three-way merger of European card scheme operators, working directly for CEO-level decision-making. Covered deal negotiation, operational risk assessment, the economics of the combined entity and integrated business planning across the combining entities. Translated a complex multi-party consolidation into the commercial and operational foundations of a larger scheme.
