Maeloc Partners

Capital & Funding

Capital-intensive projects rarely fail for lack of ambition. They fail for lack of financial clarity, institutional alignment or execution discipline.

Maeloc Partners structures the capital and funding architecture of complex projects, builds the governance to execute them, and can work inside the team until the structure is implemented and moving.

What we do
  • 01 Financing strategy and capital structuring – debt, equity, mezzanine, blended
  • 02 European public funding across Recovery, IPCEI, Innovation Fund, CEF and regional programs
